The early settlers brought to New Zealand's green land traditional family recipes from the "Old World of Europe". This traditional family recipe contains lots of real fruit, nuts and brandy. The finished product is encrusted with a stylish glazed fruit and nut topping, adding to the truly authentic home-made flavour.
